Product Description

Cheese elaborated with pasteurized sheep milk. The colour of the dough is yellowish. The flavour is soft with a touch of butter and aromatic herbs. The texture is soft and creamy but more solid than the goat cheeses. The predominant smell is aromatic herbs and sheep cheese. The persistence in mouth is brief. The rind is treated with extra virgin olive oil. The average cure is about 60 days. Vacuum packed.
